Louisiana Highway 1090 (LA 1090) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Tammany Parish. It spans 4.52 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as North Military Road.

LA 1090 begins at a junction with US 190 (Gause Boulevard/South Military Road). It heads northward and passes over (but does not connect to) Interstate 10. After paralleling Interstate 59 to the east, it ends at a diamond interchange with Interstate 59 and US 11 (Exit 3).
LA 1090 is an undivided, two-lane road for its entire length.
