Louisiana Highway 1050 (LA 1050) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 4.96 miles in a south to north direction. It is known in Tangipahoa as Cole Street.

From the south, LA 1050 begins at a junction with LA 440 (Center Street) in Tangipahoa. It heads north to a junction with LA 1051 and turns west to pass over (but not connect to) I-55. Again turning north, it intersects LA 1049 before coming to an end at LA 38 to the southwest and west of Kentwood, respectively.
LA 1050 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
