Louisiana Highway 1034 (LA 1034) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Livingston Parish. It spans 1.57 miles in a west to east direction. It is commonly known as Vincent Road from LA 1032 (4-H Club Road) to LA 3002 (South Range Avenue) and Vincent Avenue from LA 3002 (South Range Avenue) to LA 16 (Pete's Highway).

From the west, LA 1034 begins at a junction with LA 1032 (4-H Club Road) south of Denham Springs. It heads eastward and intersects LA 3002 (South Range Avenue) before coming to an end at LA 16 (Pete's Highway).
LA 1034 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
