Louise Vyent is a Dutch model of Surinamese heritage. In the late '80s and early '90s, she was one of the fashion industry's most sought-after black supermodels. She also appeared in the 1990 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Vyent was notable for her glamourously styled long hair, which she was more likely to wear plainly when not modeling. She is not as ubiquitous as she was at the height of her career, but she continues to model nonetheless. She has a new career; she is a self-employed interior decorating consultant based in Montclair, New Jersey.
She had a role in the 1992 Eddie Murphy comedy Boomerang.
