Louise Halevy (ルイス・ハレヴィ?) is a fictional character in the Gundam series, Mobile Suit Gundam 00. She has a dominating spoiled girl personality and she constantly tries to get things to go her way. She's not above manipulating, whining, and complaining about her issues until people around her cave into her demands. She was one of those people who knows what she wants and it was she that started a love relationship with Saji Crossroad. Louise easily gets jealous if he makes eye contact with other women.
She is voiced by Chiwa Saitō.

Louise, a citizen of the AEU (specifically, Spain) is an exchange student, residing in Japan. She met Saji in school and took an immediate liking to him and they've been together since. During the introduction of Celestial Being, Louise and Saji took interest in the group because it was the hot topic of school studies and throughout the public. Their lives became more and more indirectly related to Celestial Being as a terrorist group performed worldwide terrorist bombings as a way to deter Celestial Being. As Saji and Louise were walking towards the bus station, there was an explosion that killed and injured people around them.
Louise was later seriously wounded, losing her left hand and family, in an attack by Nena Trinity on a wedding party hosted by the Halevy family. In a conversation with Saji, a nurse reveals that there is something strange about her wound, preventing the hospital from regrowing her hand. After Saji comes to see her in Spain, she tells him that it will take a long time for her to heal. Not wanting to be a burden on Saji, Louise 'breaks up' with him and tells him to go back to Japan and fulfill his dream of becoming an aerospace engineer. She also promises him that some day they will reunite again in space.
In the closing montage of Season 1, Louise is seen with shorter hair standing by a character who resembles Tieria Erde.
