Louis de Guiringaud

Louis de Guiringaud (October 12, 1911 - April 15, 1982) was a French politician who served as Minister of Foreign Affairs under Raymond Barre between 1976 and 1978. Previous to his appointment as a French Minister, Guiringuaud served as France's permanent representative to the United Nations from 1972 to 1976, also presiding as a member of the United Nations Security Council.
