Louis Victor is one of the Managing Partners of the investment banking consulting firm NAMC Worldwide. He well known for being the host of the syndicated radio show and financial column "Wall Street to Main Street."
He has been involved in the financial industry for over two decades, on the retail brokerage and investment banking ends. After making an investment in an advertising company he became well versed in the advertising/marketing industries, which has given him insight into market trends and this has been a key component in guiding the companies that he consults, both public and private, in their merger, acquisition and growth endeavors.
One of his focuses in 2007 has been private equity, both funding and acquisitions. With the belief that some public companies are in dire need of true management and strucutral changes, he has made it a point to target such companies. He has written several published articles on the topic of private equity.
