Louis Van Hege (May 8, 1889 – 1975) was a Belgian football (soccer) player who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics.
He was a member of the Belgium team, which won the gold medal in the football tournament.
Van Hege also competed in bobsleigh at the 1932 Winter Olympics, finishing ninth in the two-man event.
