Louis Sylvain Goma

Louis Sylvain Goma is a Republic of the Congolese politician. Goma was the Prime Minister of the Republic of the Congo from 18 December 1975 to 7 August 1984 under two Presidents, Marien Ngouabi and, afer Ngouabi's assassination, Denis Sassou Nguesso.
