Louis Ryder played 2 matches of first class cricket for Yorkshire County Cricket Club in 1924. A right arm fast bowler, he took 4 wickets at 37.75, with a best of 2 for 75. He scored 1 run in his only innings. He also played for Yorkshire Second XI from 1922 to 1926.
He was born on August 28, 1900 in Thirsk, Yorkshire and died on January 24, 1955 at Dowgill Farm, Summerbridge, Harrogate, Yorkshire.
