Louis Lansana Beavogui

Louis Lansana Beavogui (28 December 1923–19 August 1984) was a Guinean politician. During the rule of President Ahmed Sékou Touré, he served as foreign minister from 1961 to 1969 and was Prime Minister from 26 April 1972 to 3 April 1984.
Following Touré's death on 26 March 1984, Beavogui acted as interim president until 3 April, when he was deposed in a military coup led by Lansana Conté.
