Louis Joxe

Louis Joxe (September 16, 1901 - April 6, 1991) was a French statesman.

He was born in Bourg-la-Reine.

• Minister for Algerian Affairs (1960-1962) - signed the Évian Accords
• Minister of Administrative Reforms (1962-1966)
• Minister of Justice (April 6, 1967 to May 30, 1968)
• Deputy of Rhône (1967-1977)
• Judge of the Constitutional Council of France.

He died in Paris.

He was the father of the politician Pierre Joxe.
