Louie Louie (musician)

Louie Louie (born Louis Cordero) is a Puerto Rican/American musician and producer from Los Angeles, California. He released three full-length albums (two of them on major record labels) in the first half of the 1990s, as well as a number of singles, but only one of the singles, 1990's "Sittin' in the Lap of Luxury", charted in the United States.
2008 finds Louie Louie Living in Las Vegas, Where he has Headlined at The Las Vegas Hilton, MGM, House Of Blues, NYNY, Stardust, Stratosphere, Station Casinos, & Fremont Street . Louie Louie was given the key to the city, & the mayor declared the whole month of July in his honor.[citation needed] He has been awarded Best Performer in a Hotel Or Casino.[citation needed]
He also played Madonna's boyfriend in the video for the song, "Borderline". Louie Louie played "Rick" in House Party 2. He, along with his band, performed on Arsenio Hall two times. LouieLouie toured the United States & Canada with Erasure.
Louie Louie is currently recording his latest CD "Evolution".
