Louhans is a commune of the Saône-et-Loire département, in France.
Louhans is the capital of Bresse bourguignonne. The small town has approx 9,000 people. The main street, dating from the 11th century, is very typical with arches and stores all along. It is very touristic and quiet and is perfect for green tourism.
The town is home to the lower division French football club CS Louhans-Cuiseaux.
