Loudoun Academy

Loudoun Academy is a secondary school near Galston, East Ayrshire, in Scotland serving the Loudoun district.

The school was built in 1970 and now has a school roll of around 1200 pupils. It has a wide range of facilities including sports pitches and a swimming pool. Loudoun Academy also has an excellent record in charitable events, raising the most money for Children In Need of any school in Scotland.

The school was one of the first to win the Shell "Better Britain Campaign" and has a set up a nature trail in woodlands nearby.
