Louchie Lou & Michie One

Louchie Lou & Michie One (Louise Gold and Michelle Charles) were a female Reggae-pop friendly duo from London, who formed in the early '90s during the rise of radio friendly reggae in Britain. They made their musical debut as featured vocalists on Suggs' 1993 hit "Cecilia", and had a UK #7 hit in the same year with the song "Shout (It Out)".

Their debut album II B Free was released in 1994 and containing the hit singles "Rich Girl" and "Champagne & Wine". Their second album, Danger-Us, was released in the Summer of 1996, featuring the single "The Honeymoon Is Over" as well as a remake of the classic Brazilian hit "Crickets Sing For Anamaria". They have since released various compilation albums including "7 Years Of Plenty".

Michie One released a solo album titled "Power Of One", which wasn't released in the UK. She is now currently working on further solo material, and featuring her vocals on various dance music tracks.
