This is a photograph of an important historical figure (Prime Minister of China, leader of Chinese delegation at Versailles Peace talks), used to illustrate the article on him. It was provided by his great-nephew for the purpose of illustrating the article (which apparently is not sufficient rationale to keep it) but there does not appear to be any free equivalent available (which apparently *is* a valid reason in US law).
