[edit] Summary

Photo snapped by Bryan S. Bush, given to me with permission to post on the Wikipedia under the GFDL.

I reduced the image, and I release my changes under the same license.

The photograph shows a marker located at the corner of Second and Main Streets - one block from the Ohio River - significant for the river's use to transport slaves from Louisville, and more southerly points to the confluence of the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers at Pittsburgh, PA and points north.
