Fair Use Rationale: Image is of low resolution, and subsequent copies will be of decreased quality. Image is used for educational purposes to illustrate Brad Nowell article. Image is specifically used in section of article about "Lou Dog," the Dalmatian of Bradley Nowell. Lou Dog appears on album cover. Image is used to correspond directly with text which illustrates that Lou Dog was important in Bradley Nowell's life and subsequently became a mascot for Bradley's band Sublime (band). Lastly, Lou Dog has died and therefore it is impossible to create a free image of him.
