I removed the notability tag added by Fbdave. I didn't find any posted notability guidelines for events, but it seems to me that an annual conference that averages over 6,000 attendees and is considered newsworthy by numerous news sources (search news.google.com for Lotusphere) would be sufficiently worthy of inclusion.
