Lottery is an album by Romeo released online. This was the first album to be released by Guttar Music, formerly known as No Limit Records. Guests on the album include Master P, Rich Boyz, and the Guttar Music Family.

"U Can't Shine Like Me" and "Shine" were the only singles on the album and were going to be on Romeo's album God's Gift but only "U Can't Shine Like Me" made the album.^{[citation needed]} Music videos were shot for both singles.
