I (Mysid) feel that the use of this low-resolution scan to illustrate the Lotte from Gadgetville article and identify the film is covered by the fair use doctrine of the United States copyright law, as the image is not replaceable by a free alternative; nor could it be used to produce illegal copies of the DVD.
