The Mighty Obbop, resplendent in a sorta' grungy sorta' way, while huddled in his shanty, mentions for no particular reason that Monowi, Nebraska is anuddah' humble hamlet with a mere one humanoid dwelling within the politically constructed town, burgh, village or whatever label ye places upon such an entity. Just one. The CBS Sunday Morning TV show even covered this itty bitty townlet. Yep. Saw the coverage on Sunday, October 29, 2006. Saw it with my very own eyes and ears. 68.13.191.153 15:33, 29 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Sex Offender Section

The number of sex offenders is significant only because it is 100% sex offenders. If everyone in New York City was a sex offender, it'd be note-worthy. Though this is a statistical anomaly, it still is an important factoid about this town. 76.167.196.217 19:19, 7 July 2007 (UTC)

I think you're right about one point - this is just a statistical anomaly, one of many. 100% of the inhabitants are male, 100% of them were born in the same place, 100% went to the same elementary school, etc, etc - none of these facts make the town any more notable, nor do they make the lone inhabitant notable. This is indeed an interesting coincidence - but its not encyclopedic. - CosmicPenguin (Talk) 23:03, 7 July 2007 (UTC)
Give me a break! Interesting information is useful information. For Christ's sake, its in a category of other towns with a population of one. That is completely useless (it is) and we both only went to this article because of the unusualness of it.
