[edit] Unknown Acronym

What is meant in the opening paragraph about "SRLA's colors"? What is SRLA and what does it have to do with the marathon? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.149.249.235 (talk) 23:21, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Use of Statistics

The statistics were copied from http://www.lamarathon.com/2004/his-winners.php. I am uncertain if it is acceptable to leave the tables as is, or even if copying statistics such as these is acceptable in Wikipedia. Any suggestions? -Xanadu 21:01, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Dear Sir or Madam, I hope my edits to this article have addressed your problem. Thank you so much for your input. With your help, we can keep making Wikipedia a free encyclopedia that anyone can edit! --Cumbiagermen 11:32, 21 March 2006 (UTC)

Please stop the Wiki mantra. I find it demeaning.71.136.160.3 17:13, 9 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Official Website

WTF with the LA Marathon site going down? Bizarre! —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Mil8 (talkcontribs) 04:39, 5 March 2007 (UTC).

You are making too much hoopla out of the whole website issue. The LA Marathon website actually experiences a lot of downtime in the days following the race, so this isn't a new thing. In a couple of days or maybe a week at the most, the site will be up again, perhaps already containing the date for the 23rd race next year. --Cumbiagermen 06:36, 6 March 2007 (UTC)

I guess it would have had to link to Al Queda to be interesting.71.136.160.3 17:14, 9 March 2007 (UTC)
