Lost and Found is the third full-length album by Mudvayne. The album was released on April 12, 2005 through Epic Records. The album had major success in the US, debuting at number 2[1] and being certified Gold by the RIAA shortly afterward.[2] It has sold about 800,000 copies as of August 2006.

- "Goodbye" was offered as a single to supplement the album through Apple's iTunes Music Store.
- Australian copies of the album come with the sought after "BS Roll" DVD (PAL format).
- "Determined", was featured on the soundtrack of the video game Need For Speed Underground 2.
- "Happy?" was featured as the theme for WWE's Vengeance 2005 PPV. Also was on the soundtrack to MX vs ATV Untamed.
- "Forget to Remember" was featured on the Saw II soundtrack, as well as the movies end credits.
- The lyrics to "IMN" references The Shining quote: "No work and no play makes Jack a dull boy".
