"Losing My Mind" was the first single from Liza Minnelli's 1989 album Results, produced by Pet Shop Boys and Julian Mendelsohn. The song was written by Stephen Sondheim for the musical Follies. "Losing My Mind" reached #6 in the English charts. It failed to chart in America, but the 12"-release peaked at #11 on the Billboard Maxi-singles chart.

Pet Shop Boys' demo version of "Losing my mind" (which has Neil Tennant singing the vocal) was later 'tidied up' and released as a B-side on the Pet Shop Boys' single, "Jealousy". This demo version contains a scream that Minnelli opted not to include on her release.
