Los angeles negros

Los Angeles Negros is a Chilean band popular during the mid-late 1970s. Formed in 1973, the band released several albums after coming together through a local radio competition. The band's name translates The Black Angels.
Their music is a unique blend of Latin Bolero and 1970s psychedelic funk.
On their early stage where discovered by Nicolás Oliva, who made of "Los Angeles Negros" the legend that remains until the present days. Los Angeles Negros gets dissolved in 1976 and Nicolás not pleased with this made a new one in Argentina not giving up the name and his work for years.

Other members of the original band claim to be the originals, but everyone knows that the original band does not exist anymore. Based in law the name of the band is a property of Oliva's family and the band's director today is Carmelo Crognale.
