Los Angeles Stars is the name of three American Basketball Association (ABA) teams based in Los Angeles, California.

The first team, formerly the Anaheim Amigos, played their home games at the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena from 1968 to 1970, when it moved to Salt Lake City, Utah in the fall of 1970 and became the Utah Stars.

The second team bearing the name Los Angeles Stars began play in the fall of 2000, and played in the Great Western Forum in Inglewood, California. The team only played in the 2000-2001 ABA season.

The third team bearing the name Los Angeles Stars began play in the fall of 2003.

In 2005, the Stars became only the second professional men's basketball team in history to be coached by a woman, DeLisha Milton-Jones of the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks.

In the 2005-2006 season the Los Angeles Stars were renamed the Los Angeles Aftershock under new ownership.
