[edit] Eden
Hi, I restored Eden, my deletion was an overreaction. I thought that the text read a bit like a promotional leaflet, and I've been through removing some of the adjectives like "dramatic". The article needs independent verifiable sources that it meets the notability guidelines for companies. Presently, one reference is not independent, and the other is not a "proper" source. It might be helpful to add something from local councils/newspapers, especially if there has been any criticism or debate on the project Jimfbleak.talk.12:29, 11 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ralph & Co
The article Ralph & Co has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This was done because the article seemed to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable, that is, why an article about that subject should be included in Wikipedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert notability may be deleted at any time. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources.
Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, and for specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for musicians, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. NawlinWiki 14:31, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
- The article wasn't deleted for "nonnotability", but because "it did not indicate how or why the subject is notable." If you can find reliable independent sources demonstrating that this company has been recognized as notable per WP:CORP, then I have no problem with your reposting. - Yes, putting the sources at the bottom will work -- even better is putting references for the specific claims in the article (see Wikipedia:Citing sources). NawlinWiki 20:25, 1 October 2007 (UTC)

- I've posted the content of the deleted article to your userspace at User:Lordbriggs/Ralph & Co. Once you've added the sources, you can just cut and paste that to a new article at Ralph & Co. And thanks for pointing out the vandalism to Wikipedia:Citing sources -- it's been fixed. NawlinWiki 21:34, 1 October 2007 (UTC)
