Lord Infamous (born Ricky Dunigan on November 17, 1975 in Memphis, Tennessee) was a member and co-founder of the Memphis rap group Triple 6 Mafia. He also goes by the aliases Scarecrow and Keyser Söze. Lord Infamous has been a member since its inception in 1991 and has played a critical role in the underground success of the multi-platinum Southern group. and is widely considered the group's most talented MC. He grew up and lives in South Parkway Village (SPV), a neighborhood in South Memphis, Tennessee.

Lord Infamous has been recording since the early 1990s with his brother and co-founder of Triple 6 Mafia, DJ Paul. Together they have several underground tapes, including the two-part cult sensation Come With Me 2 Hell. His first solo album, Lord of Terror, was released locally as an underground tape in 1994.

Lord Infamous has a large fan base and underground following, and is considered to be a legend in the Memphis rap scene. His fan base spans throughout the United States and North America, and reaches as far as Europe, where there is a growing cult of Memphis rap fanatics.

Currently, Lord Infamous has been away from the spotlight Triple 6 Mafia is enjoying lately, but has started his own label with childhood friend II Tone, called Black Rain Entertainment. It is uncertain when (or if) he will rejoin Triple 6 Mafia. In a recent interview when asked about Triple 6 Mafia, he said "As of right now I'm concentrating on Black Rain, but who knows what the future holds". Since his departure, he has collaborated with former HCP members Koopsta Knicca, La Chat, Kingpin Skinny Pimp, and T-Rock on several songs.
