8. The image is being used for informational purposes.

Additionally it is believed that the use of this image in the article, Vichit Kounavudhi, is fair use because:

1. It illustrates a portion of the article about Vichit Kounavudhi that describes the film.
2. The film is one of the key works of the director's career, a fact mentioned in the article.
