RfAr
Daddy Kindsoul (talk · contribs), then known as Deathrocker (talk · contribs), was the subject of a Request for Arbitration starting on May 8, 2006, here. He was found to have "an extensive history of blocks for quarreling and revert warring." He was placed on revert patrol. In the span of the next year, he was blocked for repeated violations no less than seven times and during this time, switched to using the account, Daddy Kindsoul. Dispite user's claim that RfAr lasted for only one year, this was not the case. User continued edit warring and two blocks later, was banned for one full year as per an RfAr remedy.
Ban evasion
Within twelve hours of the block on Daddy Kindsoul, user had set up new account, Soprani (talk · contribs), to continue editing. This account was not discovered for more than a month. When it was, it was blocked indefinitely and edits were reverted as per WP:BAN, 5.3. User repeatedly claimed to be unrelated (see, for example, here) despite extensive evidence. A checkuser was performed and came back as "very likely". This user is known to use AOL and so there was no possibility that the checkuser would be certain.
Sockpuppets
Almost immediately once the Soprani account was blocked and before the checkuser came back positive, Daddy Kindsoul started creating numerous sockpuppet accounts. As of November 11, 2007, he has created in excess of 100 sockpuppet accounts. User initially continued to claim he was unrelated to Daddy Kindsoul and that these were "anti-vandalism accounts [...] to get rid of his trolling roll backs"[1]. He also announced his intention to ignore all Wikipedia rules to continue editing despite being banned. His sockpuppet accounts have generally been blocked by me, Yamla (talk · contribs), though a number of other admins have also tracked down, blocked, and reverted edits by other sockpuppet accounts.
Other abuse
User has repeatedly made allegations that Yamla is a sockpuppet of banned vandal, Zephram Stark (talk · contribs) (see, for example, here), though has offered no reason to believe this and I, Yamla, categorically deny that I have now or have ever had any sockpuppets or alternate accounts. He has deliberately violated Wikipedia's privacy policy, see here (admin access required). Despite claims that he has made no legal threats, he has also made legal threats (see, for example, here). He has also claimed that it is vandalism to revert edits made by abusive sockpuppets of banned accounts, though WP:BAN, section 5.3, specifically permits this.
Modus operandi
Daddy Kindsoul's activities typically follow one of three patterns. He may launch personal attacks such as this, almost always against Yamla. Alternatively, he sets up his monobook with twinkle (for example, here) and reverts other people's enforcement of WP:BAN, 5.3, such as with this account. Or he attempts to slip under the radar and edits articles primarily about Italian soccer or about Malta (see, for example, Soprani's early edits. Previously, Daddy Kindsoul primarily targeted music articles (see RfA). Daddy Kindsoul has also targeted this page.
