Hey no problem, that other dude was kind of psycho. I have friends in Greenpoint that probably would be considered part of this "gentrification", and several of them are poor artists, though poor mostly by choice, so I'm not convinced even the gentrification is adding significantly to the median income, yet.--Paraphelion 05:31, 20 July 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for correcting the Labour Party (UK) article regarding their last election victory prior to 1997. I had mentioned this in the Talk page but wasn't sure if anybody had taken any notice.

Chamberlain would have been a member of the Birmingham Liberal Unionist Association, which remained separate after the 1912 merger and only merged with the Birmingham Conservatives in 1918. Hence, Chamberlain was never a member of the Conservative Party, never referred to himself as a Conservative and it would be false to refer to him thus in the article. The article itself has already reached a sufficient size - I do not believe that it would be beneficial to expand it further, nor to contract it. Thanks.

[edit] Accidently removing references

Hi, you recently shortened a section on the C. S. Lewis page dealing with criticism. However, you (I assume accidentally) also deleted the reference the rest of the paragraph was based on. I've reinserted it, so it's no big deal, but it's something you might like to watch out for in future. :) Cheers! Martin 14:39, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

On the subject of Lewis, I'm letting regular contributors to the C. S. Lewis article know that its good article nomination is on hold until more references are added to the article. We have two weeks to bring the article up to the required GA standards. If you can spare some time, it'd be great if you could add some references to the article, and hopefully improve its chances of becoming a Good Article. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box.
