SE25 is a postcode district in the SE postcode area of London, England.[1]

The postcode district is part of the LONDON post town.[1] Sectors 4, 5 and 6 are in use.[1] There are no dependent localities used in the postcode district.[1] The numbered district was created in 1917 and was originally designated as the South Norwood postal district.[2] Before then it had been included in the SE postal district and initially formed part of the abandoned S postal district.[3] There has been no significant recoding of the district from 1990 to 2007.[4] There are two Post Office branches on Selhurst Road and one on Portland Road.[5]

The postcode district has a population of 31,604 in 14,837 residential properties and the greatest number (44.3%) of the properties are flats.[6] The population density is 64.2 people per square kilometre. The average age of residents is 34.[6]

The postcode district covers the most northerly parts of the London Borough of Croydon, including South Norwood, Selhurst and Woodside.[7]
