London Buses route 406 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, England. The service is currently contracted to Quality Line.

30 June 2007 the contract was awarded to Quality Line, with Enviro 400 double deckers. These are the first double deckers for this operater. The route was also diverted via Surbiton Hill Road, instead of Surbiton Station at this time. Route 418 was taken over by Quality Line, on the same day.
