The route starts at Upper Sydenham then to Forest Hill, Lower Sydenham, Penge, Anerley, Elmers End, Eden Park, West Wickham and Shirey Monks. All buses single decker but around 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm are busy and full. Buses mostly every 20mins and is a very helpful bus.

Route Description Upper Sydenham-Penge The Wierdley shaped route starts are Upper Sydenham on Sydenham Hill which turns around to roundbout which links Kirkdale and Sydenham Hill. Then goes along Sydenham Hill for bus route 363. After it turns left down Wells Park Road for bus route 202, the much loved Wells Park and the estate. Then turns left up Kirkdale for bus routes 122, 176 and 197. Then still go up Kirkdale and goes past the roundabout that it started at and goes down a steep hill and turns right along Sydenham Rise until the Horniman Museum and turns right for the 176, 197 185 and the P4. Then goes down London Road into Forest Hill for routes 176, 197, 122, 185 and the Forest Hill rail station (Southern services). Then turns left then right and ends up on the other side of the station on Perry Vale. After about 2 minutes it turns right up Perry Rise and then down to the Lower Sydenham Sainsburys known as Savacentre for routes 202, 181, 450. Then turns left and right along Sydenham Road until Kent House Road which it turns left and along Kent House Road It turns a sharp right and along. It turns right again into Penge, Green Lane.
