Loma Negra are an Argentina Football club, their home town is Olavarría, in the Buenos Aires Province of Argentina. They currently play in the Liga de Fútbol de Olavarría.
The club have played at the highest level of Argentine football on two occasions, they qualified to play in the National tournaments of 1981 and 1983.
In 1981 they were eliminated in the first round although they managed a 1-0 win against Ferro Carril Oeste and two 0-0 draws with Argentine giants River Plate.
In 1983 the club progressed to the last sixteen stage of the competition and their striker Armando Hussillos was the tournament top scorer with 11 goals.
The club have had little success since their heyday in the early 1980's and now play at amateur level.
