[edit] Only Karnataka?

Is Lok Ayukta position special for Karnataka? I saw one page: Avula Sambasiva Rao, which says Andhra Pradesh also has this position. Anyway, it is a good article topic. Please help expanding it. GDibyendu (talk) 19:08, 7 June 2008 (UTC)
