[edit] Rhein-Sieg-Kreis <-> Bergisches Land

Comment to my change at 22:48, 9. Apr. 2007 Lohmar is located in the Rhein-Sieg district of North Rhine-Westphalia, thats right. But this means that it also belongs to the state of Berg, and both should be mentioned. The district is mentioned in the introduction, so the Bergisches Land should be written under geography Mkec 20:51, 9 April 2007 (UTC)
