The 28th Annual TV Week Logie Awards were presented on Friday 18 April 1986 at the State Theatre in Sydney, (the last to date to be held in Sydney) and broadcast on the Nine Network. After a lifetime in the Australian television industry, Neil Davis posthumously became the 3rd inductee into the TV Week Logies Hall of Fame.
