The license says that the image is self-made and the author gives the rights to use it. So why has it been listed on possibly unfree images?Rohit Reddy™ (talk) 13:55, 9 May 2008 (UTC)

• Because it's blatantly the property of NIT Srinagar. So, unless the uploader is the copyright agent of that institution, they do not have rights to release. I've retagged this image as a fair use image, and taken appropriate actions regarding where it is displayed on Wikipedia per WP:NFCC, along with tagging it as failing some of our policies. --Hammersoft (talk) 20:26, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
