For an article about a university, the original logo is arguably one of the most important images that could be included.
No free or public domain images have been located for this university.
The image is the same resolution than the original logo (copies made from it will be of inferior quality).
It is stated that even it is property of Asociación Mexicana de Cultura AC. in Mexico, the logo may be used for infomational uses and protected by Mexican Laws.
The logo is used on various websites, and its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
The logo's use on Wikipedia is entirely encyclopedic in nature; the use for this nature is permitted in Mexico.
