Although I HAVE NOT uploaded this image, and bearing in mind that law is not my profession, I consider the usage of this image (the logo of ASE) in the page Academia de Studii Economice for the following reasons :

it allows for the institution presented in the article to be identified
it complies to the Wikipedia:Logos policies (no better logo could be sourced - the website uses a non-official, proposed logo for the time being)
the logo is trademarked according to Romanian law, and no free image could ever be sourced for the existence of ASE as a commercial entity

As such, I conclude that fair use applies AT LEAST for articles directly concerning the Academy, possibly extending, upon further debate, to all articles of entities part of the Academy. --Xanthar 03:35, 11 July 2007 (UTC)
