[edit] Fair use rationale for Progressive Conservative Youth Federation

This is the historical corporate logo belonging to Progressive Conservative Youth Federation, used to discuss that company in the article Progressive Conservative Youth Federation. Its historical usage is as follows: 1950s. Use of the logo in the article complies with Wikipedia non-free content policy, logo guidelines, and fair use under United States copyright law as follows. The logo is used solely for purposes of identification and critical commentary on a subject of public interest. Because it is a logo there is no free equivalent, and the entire logo must be used to convey the meaning and avoid misrepresenting the company's corporate branding. As a logo it is significant because it helps the reader identify the company, assures the reader that they have reached the right article, and illustrates the company's intended branding message in a way that words alone could not convey. Care was taken to copy the logo in a size and resolution sufficient to maintain the quality intended by the company, without being overly high resolution.
