The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia article Ladder_Logic because:

The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
FIRST is a not for profit charity which will not be harmed by featuring this image on Wikipedia.
The image and the organization it represents are critically discussed by the article;
This image couldn't be recreated as a free image;
