Chanda San (born January 17, 1991), better known by his stage name Loccsta209 or loccsta a rapping producer songwriter thats not been known for the underground music he made.

In 2004 Chanda became in to computer when his dad bought one. Chanda became intrested and just twicked with it and found a program call Pro Tools and that when he became intrested in music. In 2006 Chanda started rapping in Stockton, California. He started Gangsta Rap and made and song call "Its the TRG" with Young Joc's instrumentals of "It's Goin' Down".
In 2006 Chanda attended a Middle School call Morada Middle School(Lodi Unified School District) which he started making beats after beats. Making instrumentals made Chanda a Producer. He Produced a song call BDC for the a group call BDC(Bum Dookie Click) which he was part of. The Group was only active for exactly 2 month and just splited up. Each member of the BDC group was named "Bum Dookie Number 1, 2, 3, ect.".

Chanda started a studio in his house called KhmaiPride Entertainment which only included members that had only Cambodian blood in them. He made a groupie called (209) Homies, this name came from the former group he was from named (916) Homies. As far as producing music for his group and other, he likes to do it for fun. Then everything started to get serious as there was some rap battle agaist him and his crew and unfortunately a friend of his whom represent TRG made a crew for him which was called BDC(Bum Dookie Click). The BDC was Dissen many gang member including ABZ and LTC only in the Area code 209.

C-MaN stopped rapping and producing music for 8 month because of some circumstances.

Loccsta209 became Chanda's new stage name. He made more music then ever than in 2006 and 2007. He is starting a callaboration with other artist and group and in featuring songs such as "Fresh off the boat" (Remix) with Khmer Boi in Seattle, Washington. Doing callaboration with other artist got him a little notice of his music. Music that Loccsta209 make are usually are freestyle instead of writing down the lyrics. In the 2007 people at his high school call him the "freeman" for him not writing down his lyrics.

Chanda was a Juvenile when he was sent to detention in Aberdeen, Washington for 4 days. The reason behind this was not going to school along with his brother. Chanda said that he never went to school for about a month or two and still do not care of any of this.
