The statement "LCTV's coverage of local events has over the past year seen a dramatic improvement in the technical quality and professionalism of its staff and crew. LCTV is performing at a higher level than ever before using half the resources and half the crew through its hard working ethics and community involvement." is not needed in a Wiki article.
