Locust Manor is a station on the Long Island Rail Road's Atlantic Branch serving the residents of the Locust Manor neighborhood in the New York City borough of Queens.

The station is located at Farmers Boulevard and Bedell Street and is 14.0 miles (22.5 km) from Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan. This station has two exits; the northernmost exit leading to a park and ride lot, and the southern exit to Farmers Boulevard. There are two side platforms which can handle an eight-car train successfully, and has short canopies near the exits. Ticket machines are at the station.

The Far Rockaway Branch provides regular service 24 hours a day. Some additional service is provided on the Long Beach Branch as well during off peak hours. The station is located in LIRR's zone 3, and is included in the CityTicket program.

The stop serves the Rochdale, Queens section and its Rochdale Village apartment complex, and was also the stop for the racecourse on which Rochdale Village was erected, Jamaica Racetrack.
