Richard Laughlain "Lochlyn" Munro (born February 12, 1966) is a Canadian actor known for his portrayal of clean-cut but intense characters ranging from police officers to personal trainers.

Munro was born in Lac La Hache, British Columbia. Munro started his acting career after a serious sports injury ended his dream of playing professional hockey. A talented musician, Lochlyn turned his attention to the performing arts. While playing music in various clubs around Vancouver, British Columbia, Lochlyn studied drama and improvisational comedy with many of the industry's top professionals, including the late Susan Strasberg. Having done a lot of stage work, Lochlyn then jumped into the television and film world with instant success. Lochlyn landed roles on various American projects such as, 21 Jump Street (1987), Wiseguy (1987), and others.

His most famous role to date is that of Clifford "Cliff" O'Malley, a crazed frat boy in the 1998 comedy Dead Man on Campus. He starred also in Scary Movie as Greg Phillippe, spoofing Ryan Phillippe's character from I Know What You Did Last Summer.

Lochlyn has starred in two Moment of Truth movies: Stand Against Fear, as a high-school jock who uses his popularity for the all the wrong reasons; Abduction of Innocence, as the boyfriend-turned-kidnapper of a teenage lumber-heiress.

Munro also played Jack Sheridan on Charmed, appeared on Without A Trace, as well as CSI, CSI: Miami and CSI: NY playing three different characters. He won a gold medal in the British Columbia Summer Games for water skiing.

He appeared as Paul Musevini, time-traveling patriarch of the genetically enhanced Nietzschean race in Pride Before The Fall, the 100th episode of Andromeda.
