Lochenheath is a 644-acre housing development in Grand Traverse Bay, Michigan. The project is being developed by LochenHeath Land Company, LLC, a joint venture between Deepwater LLC, a Michigan-based company, and Pinnacle Development Group, a Scottsdale, Arizona-based company.
Formerly a cherry orchard, [1] lot prices at LochenHeath now range from $200,000 to $2.2 million, with golf cottages priced from $600,000 to $750,000. The invitation-only membership golf course opened in the summer of 2001 and was ranked #7 in Michigan by GolfWeek’s America’s Best Courses a year later. [2]
